I am sorry for not writing for such a long time, but I had a rather long dry spell,to say the least. I was getting nearer to the holidays,which scared me. This would be the first Holiday as a Post Op WLS patient. I was also in a Plateau. This lasted through the holidays. I was soon facing another major surgery,which I am happy to say is over now. I am 1 & 1/2 weeks out of the hospital. During this dry spell, I was always hungry, & my weight was'nt moving,this went on for 2 1/2 months. I thought I made a mistake having my WLS back in May of 08. I thought I must have made too many mistakes. Luckily the scale has moved several times since I came home. The meds that I was taking for more than a year were keeping me in a pms type of mood, & wanting to have sweets, & drink juices more than I should. When my meds were doubled in November, it got worse.Happily, I am feeling much better about it all. The scale is moving again, I have 1 more lb to go, & I'll be 100 lbs lighter. Let's see how long this will take !!!!!!!
