Take Two!!!!!

Here we are eight years after my gastric bypass getting ready for my band placement on December 26th, 2009. I came into this journey weighing 322 pounds. I lost 130 pounds and kept most of it off for about six years. I started to pick up weight slowly and then suddenly I found myself weighing in at 247 pounds. I feel blessed to have been given this second chance to change my life again.
I can really tell a difference with the extra weight. My knees hurt, my back hurts, I run out of breath at the top of a flight of stairs, and I no longer feel sexy!
I am ready to get back on track and to take my life back as a thinner, healthier person.

Home and feeling pretty good....I am hungry...go figure. I have very little pain and only take the pain pills at night when I want to sleep. I am a stomach sleeper and that is a big no no right now. I drink all day long. I am really missing food. I can't believe that I feel so negative about this in the very beginning of my journey. God give me strength.
