So this is my six month update. I am down 65 pounds!!!!!  With all the holidays I have been eating like I crazy person. I find myself eating throughout the day. So yesterday I started trying to just stick to my protein. I need to cut back on the snacking between meals too. But, I am feeling really good with the weight gone! I hope everyone has a safe and  Merry Christmas!! 

 Today makes 4 weeks since vsg. I have lost 19.5 pounds! Wanted to hit 20 but I will take it!! ????
