Well here it is Dec. 22, 2009..4 months after surgery. 57 lbs lighter and 4 sizes in clothes gone. I am happy with myself, but am at a standstill.I have had to have a light go down my throat and stretch my opening alittle to my pouch. I had a striction and the only thing I could eat was popcorn, (go figure)lol...But got real sick for about a week...coulnt keep anything down.Am doing better now. Had really hoped I would have lost more weight by now, but my Doc says he would rather I lose it slow. Would be better for me to do it this way. I will post more later.I am looking for recipes after bariactric surgery. If you have any good ones, please send them to me.
