30 days out

So I went to my 30 day visit.  I lost 8 lbs since my 10 day visit.  The doctor and nut were really pleased ( they said I have lost 28% of my excess already when the average is 21%).  It didn't feel like it b/c I didn't lose as much as the first 10 dats.  They both reassured me that it's better to lose slower b/c it will more likely stay off.  I have lost a total of 8 inches, so I am starting to notice it in my clothes ( haven't started school yet, so don't know how my "work" clothes will look/feel).  Hopefully it'll keep coming off!
