HI STEPHANIE, I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU. I HAD MY SURGERY 6:30 PM FRIDAY, NO COMPLICATIONS, THANK GOD. THE DOCTOR RELEASED ME ON CHRISTMAS DAY AROUND 4:00 PM, BECAUSE I WAS DOING SO WELL...WAKLING 5 TIMES A DAY WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL, IT WAS VERY PAINFUL, BUT I WAS DETERMINE TO WALK THROUGH HE PAIN WITH THE HELP OF "JESUS CHRIST" GOD BLESS YOU I HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! I am finally home, I had a CT Scan yesterday to make sure everything was in good working condition (because I spiked a temp of 100.4) and they found that my left lung was not inflating as it should. Something I'm told is common among WLS patients post op because of the location of stomach, lung, etc. Anyway, my doctor had to convert to an open procedure because he found a posterior leak when they were just about finished, couldn't reach w/ lap tools. I am not yet at the "I would do it again stage"....just now clearing the "what did I do to myself?!?!?" stage. God bless and thanks for the prayers!

Even though I am not Stephanies official angel I thought that everyone would like to know that she is doing wonderful!! I spoke with her earlier today on the phone and she sounded great!! She is in her own room at Bellaire Hospital...Room 103B. Please continue to pray for her!!!

This is Tanya Stephanie Doty's angle. I called the hospital just a bit ago to see how she was doing and if she had a room yet. They couldn't give me a lot of info over the phone but told me she was ok and that she would be in her room by tommrow. I will post more when I see her tommrow.
