Sellng my big ass Caddy and moved into a Small ass Bimmer.. I flew up to Minessota and didnt even need a seat belt extender.

May 2009 to Aug 2010. Still have 40 or so to go...

.. I am around 300 now vs the 435 i was.. I'd like to drop another 50lbs by the years end.

I made 3 batches of 3-4" Pancakes over the weekend and froze them. I flavored each stack with blueberry, cherry and vanilla Davinci SF Syrup. 

I use SF Syrup and Arrowhead Mills Multi Grain mix.

Serving size is 2-5" cakes 27 carbs, 6g Protein. I eat one 4" cake and I have lost 3lbs since i've been eating them.. So works for me.

Down 100lbs....... So 100 more to go..  Will put me at 235 and anything after that I don't care

Those are golden rasins in there. I blend my own curry powders... I need to stop cooking cause my freezer is full.   

 

Who says you can't enjoy pizza after WLS. Pepperoni, Havarti Cheese and sliced fresh tomatoes.. Oregano to top it off
