Gym Membership and exercise progress, not much weight, but okay

I finally have a gym membership!! WOOT WOOT!!   I am going to be going at least twice a week to cover my cross training days and hopefully I will have enough free time to get in a swim once a week! 

I am exercising 5 days a week now!  Unbelievable! 

My weight has only gone down about 1 pound in the last month, but I am in the (high) 180s now!   It's a matter of time, I just need patience.

I also kind of considering going to get another fill, but I need to journal my food for a few days.  I know that the one rule I am having problems with not eating my protein first and doing lots of snacking!  UGH!  The snacking isn't too bad but it is usually carb loaded!  So, yesterday I journaled and I am planning my meals today and journaling.  Really, I feel like you can never get off the wagon.  I wonder if my eating habits will ever change enough to where I don't have to think about being in control of it all the time.

Considering all the  exercise I have been doing I would think I would have lots tons this month, but I think I am eating a little more and therefore making up for those calories I burned.
