"Have only met Dr. Geiss once, but was very impressed. He seemed compassionate, and was great at explaining things. His staff was very helpful and (YAY!)the chairs in the waiting room fit!! The whole program seems well integrated. Every time I have called the office, the staff has been nice, caring and helpful.
His office is in the hospital, but there's valet parking for those not able to walk and the office wasn't too far from the lobby.
I'd prefer surgical competence over bedside manner, but from my research, Dr. Geiss has both."
