Ok Now Before and after Pics are up

OK now I have before pic up now I am sorry it has been a while but I am a year and 2 months out post op I made My Goal weight and very Happy With it. And i plan on keeping the weight off. I am using the shake weight from as seen on TV it really works You can buy it at walmarts for 19.99 plus tax and it even comes with a CD... I Now weigh 115 pounds from 220 pounds and I have to tell ya I feel young and alt of energy. Today is my Birthday and this is definitely my Birthday wish that came true :) ...Vicki
