I had my DS in August of 2009. I was over 500 pounds and since then I lost 289 pounds. My out of control diabetes was resolved in 3 months and Ive never had a high blood sugar since. My other numbers are all excellent except slight calcium deficiency and serious Vitamin D deficiency. I live an active, busy life and run my own business which has been very successful, am involved in the community and never have regretted the choice to do something about my health.
