Waiting after drinking protein - So here's my question,   If you drink a protein shake for breakfast. Do you still wait 30 minutes before drinking water after you finish the shake?

Onederland - oMG. I did it 199.4.  Lost 50.6 pounds and surgery is in 43 days!!!!   So excited!
