2 Weeks Post-Op

Well it's been two weeks since I had my RNY Surgery, and I'm really doing well.  Although I'm really getting tired of drinking those protein shakes, I'm still hanging in there.  I haven't been on a scale to see if I've lost any weight, but I can look at my face and tell that it seems to be smaller.

Two weeks before surgery my weight was 302, and the day of surgery I was at 287.  That's was an accomplishment.

I had my Post-Op appt on Wednesday with Dr. Gersin.  I had lots of question, he looked as though he was actually amazed when I pulled out my journal and started to let the questions roll. I've had month to prepare and to jot down questions and concerns.  This is all about me and I'll be asking questions up to the second before surgery.  I've done a lot of research and with research comes some unanswered questions.
