Louisa, Hello I hear that you are getting ready for surgery. First of all, my heart prays for you and your loved ones. May God bless you and protect you as you prepare for the wonderful journey ahead of you. I pray that God will send a band of angels to protect you while guiding your surgeon to perform a perfect surgery. All things are possible through the Lord. Praise him, believe him and trust in him. Thanks for the good words, Shannon! And, yes, I do think the hubby is nervous! What is the good dinner that you like so much? Perhaps I might like it too, lol! I fear I am going to have a big pasta pigout between now and Wednesday. It is my fav, and the one thing I REALLY craved and missed when I did Atkins. Here's hoping my taste changes!! Good luck to you too! We will have to keep in touch.

Wishing you the best of luck. You are 2 days ahead of me. I am getting pretty excited though. You asked what some of us have to do before surgery. Well my surgeon put me on a 2 week diet. 3 shakes a day and one lean meal. I am doing pretty good. I found a dinner I really liek and have been eating it since Monday. Saturday and Sunday was shot so I didn't get to eat a meal for supper. I am on a good path and I just can't wait. I hope everything is fine with you and I also hope your husband calms down a bit before you go in for your surgery. I am sure he is just nervous. Good Luck.... Shannon :)
