Yesterday, I went and spoke with my nutrionist and I had lost another 8 lbs. I am currently at 300.4, but I know for sure at my next doctors appointment I will be under the 300 mark. I could not be happier. Its been so long since Ive seen the 200's, lol. I believe I am 3 lbs. away from my 15 I have to lose to get surgery and the surgery won't take place for at least another 4 months. I feel great, Im motivated, and I know I can do this.
