1/9/2008 Continue to lose down 84LB, again can't say enough about this tool, the support groups and especially the people I've meet since having the surgery, we are truly connected by our journey to the lighter side.
7/2007 Over a year out, and I find I've lost weight in spite of myself, the weight loss is good but the lack of strong healty eating and excise habits isn't. I'm attending Lap Band Support meeting now, and find the information very helpful. I go for a fill 8/9/2007, want to do it better this time.
I went into this telling myself if I could lose a pound a week for the next year I would be so grateful. Well I've exceeded my personal goal and have lost 54Lb as of last visit to the doctors.
