I have been over weight for most of my life, especially the last 15 years. I have a 9 year old son that is my world, and I know he thinks the same of me. I really want to be around a long time for him, I owe him that. I have tried everything from Adkins to Weight Watchers and was always able to lose about 5 lbs. or so. I was also putting that 5 back on 2 fold. I am now the heaviest I have ever been and I have the misery to go along with it. I have extremely high blood pressure & cholesterol and family history of heart disease, obesity, & stroke. I really need and want this tool, I know I can turn my life around before I am 30.
