Hi, Glad to hear Trish is doing better.YOu need to tell us the good things as well as the bad things with this surgery- then if we encounter problems we will know we aren't the first ones to have it happen to them and that there is a brighter side. Thanks for the update n God Bless you and Trish. De

Sheryl, OMG!!! Simply awesome is just one word to describe your post op page!!! What a truly inspiring page to read. Another thing, it is so nice to see the Face of My Dear Angel. That meant so much to be in the very beginning with all the delays, my mom's death and my uncertainty. Now, like you, I love to get on the floor with my nieces and with another snowstorm the other day and one on the way next week, I look forward to making my first Snow Angel in years. I will name my Angel Sheryl!! I also do a joke angel without shoes or a coat. That one started as a dare many years ago. I'll try to make sure to take pictures and mail you a pic of your "Snow Angel." Sheryl you will never know what your love, help, support and everything else combined meant to me. I thank God every day for life. I thank God every day for a skilled Surgeon. I thank God every day for one more new milestone accomplished. Thank God and My Angel Friend, thank you again for being my special ANGEL!!! I will keep in touch with you, that is a promise. Love & Hugs - A Grateful Angelette, Monica

Sheryl, your new picture is wonderful...infact you've inspired me to send in a new pic of myself. It's a real pleasure to congratulate you on your progress, and to send you my very best wishes as you continue on this incredible journey.

Sheryl, Thanks for the update about dropped foot syndrome. It is a pain! My sister has had it since she was about 12. You can learn to run, walk, jump etc. with it (she played basketball in high school). You just have to "learn" the signs of weakness so you don't trip. Unfortunately, my son also has it due to being hit by a car. He couldn't play college football like he wanted, but he ski's, snowboards, and plays rec football. I don't know if they both did so well due to being "younger", but they have both learned to compensate and live with it.
