Medicare Coverage

My surgeon is recommending I convert my gastric sleeve to RNY.  My BMI is normal, but I have spontaneous regurgitation. My surgeon's has told me and noted in chart I need the procedure to sustain life.  Has anyone ever had Medicare to cover revisions due to complications, not need for weight loss? My gastric sleeve was not paid for by Medicare.  I had it 12 years ago and just recently became eligible for Medicare.
