so i've lost 38 pounds now. three more and the bmi will say i'm normal weight, but i tell you, my family is telling me not to lose any more. i don't seem to have a choice. the grand total lost is now at 193 lb from my heaviest to where i am now. I've lost a grown man. and not a small one. just an update...
