Finally

I am under 300.   I weigh 298 today.    When the nurse told me I yelled a big yippee today.    I know I have walked a lot in Muskingham park the last 10 days.   I have to keep that up.   I know I am feeling even better.   Yesterday I managed to walk the whole park.
