slowing but surely :].

okay well i must say i was shocked today when i got on my scale and it said 262. i know its a long way to my goal weight but wow i am so happy ! it did take some time & i was becoming impatient but i am soo relieved that my weight is continuing to go down. i actually set mini goals & when i reach each mini goal i get rewarded ( once again NOT with food :). for reaching my 260 mini goal i will be getting a haircut ! i was considering cutting it really short that way i get rid of all my damaged hair but after flat ironing it yesterday & seeing how nice it is i decided to trim the ends off.
I'm really proud of myself. i honestly never thought id see 260 on a scale with me on it lol but in maybe a day or two it will & i will be overwhelmed with joy.
as for what i ate today, i think it wasn't too bad except for i ate dinner too early -not so good because i felt hungry later on.
so for breakfast i had a tomato soup which was watered down. i knew it wasn't 100 calories but i said wth might as well.
for dinner i had about a half of cup of mixed veggies ( pees, carrots, string beans ) with about a table spoon of fake meat over it. i mixed it all together & enjoyed :]. the veggies were about 45 cals & the meats i once again rounded up to 50 cals.
& later on because i was hungry because i ate dinner too early i had some Cheerios which ill say was about 30 calories.
now when i round i always round higher that what it probably is. soo yeah even though the numbers are over 200 I'm sure the real amount of calories was much lower !
anyways, I'm feeling great & i must thank everyone who has given me support on this site ! i really couldn't have kept this up without you :]. so from the bottom of my heart i thank you & i wish you all the luck in the world on your journey to becoming happy & healthy !
