I have had a setback in my surgery/weight loss.  I have hardly pooped in the over 4 weeks I have been post-op.  Today was the first day I can really say that i have really had a bowel movement with the help of a week of milk of mag/miralax and finally mag citrate.  Hopefully I can start losing weight like I should have this last 4  1/2 weeks.

7 days post op and i am glad it is finally beginning to feel a bit normal!  i will say WALK WALK WALK, even the day of surgery!  The gas pains were amazing!

6 days til my surgery.  Have eaten eggs and string cheese and protein shakes......protein shakes are really starting to turn my stomach.......will try to drink tonights with crushed ice to see if that helps!

Had to reschedule my surgery til the 10th of May because of the virus i got and i can't stop talking!  Darn it!

Two days before my surgery.....surprised, excited, elated, scared....to name a few!  Hoping i will feel better, still battling a cold, cough, phlegm.

Well in 11 days my life with change.  I want to go from overweight and self conscious to HEALTHY regardless of what i weigh.  I have a little dilemma right now with a government shutdown on the day of my pre op!  NOT good!  Trying to reschedule the pre-op....have the Doctors visit rescheduled but can't get in touch withf the hospital pre-op.  Really is frustrating!
