"Dr. Pitchford is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my question during my initial visit with him. He is a quit man and therefore you must initiate most of the conversation with regards to questions and or concerns that you may have. He is very particular with regards to what he wants from his patients prior to doing the surgery. I appreciate this as it shows that he truly cares about the outcome for each of his patients. At this time I would give Dr. Pitchford an "A" rating. I have yet to have him perform the surgery so I will update my rating following my procedure. With regards to his staff, I have found them all to be extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with."
