O.K. it has been three weeks sense my surgery and I feel pretty good. I have started to go back to the gym but I am only walking 10-15 laps around the track. My friend Mary and her husband can't what to get me on the weight bench and make feel the burn, but I keep telling them I just don't want to pull any thing out of place. I want to make sure I am healing right and I still have to wait another month before I get to see my Dr. I just want to  make sure I am good to go ahead and do the weight and more. Feel the Burn I know that I am going to come to have those word.

O.K.

Why is it so hard to go to the mall food court and  find a cup of soup? With two or three Chines restaurant in the same food court you wood thank that at list one of them would have some wonton soup that you could just take the wonton's out of! I'm trying to thank of some ways I  can still go out with my friends and have a social life and not jeopardize my goals, and not be lift out. If any one can give me any ideas please let me know what you do to keep your goals on track and still have a social life at the same time?

Hi ever one! Well I had my surgery on Tuesday and it wasn't as bad as I though it was going to be. I mean I had moments when I felt like I was going to get sick but thanks to God , my mom, and the nurses I had at  Norton Suburban Hospital, Pheenergan, and the magic ball I feel great for some one that just had surgery three days ago   Every thing went well and I feel better and better every day, now I m waiting to see how soon my body is going to let me get in to the gym and start working out but for now I am walking and this is good.
