3 weeks Post-Op/Morning sickness

Yesterday I experienced a little vomiting, 1st thing in the morning. I took my meds and shortly after it happened. It was quick and not much came up. It's not all day, the remainder of day went fine. Well it happened again this morning. Don't know what it could be, any suggestions? I'm thinking it could be taking the meds on an empty stomach?

(I know I should be in-taking 64 oz of fluids. The last couple of days may have been around 48-50oz)
