Well its been a pretty good this past week and weekend. I finally got the guts up to start to talk to my dad about everything. See the thing is I was nervous at first to say anything to himjust because I dont want to sound like giving up. At first he was skeptical of everything when I had my mom talk to him but then this weekend my uncle and I were talking and my dad was there. My uncle got it done already and he was saying that he was proud that I looked in on everything and know things about it . He gave me pointer and told me to stop over to look at some of the things that he saved. That made my day, because I knew then and there that my dad was now on my side...It pays to have a great uncle and great family. Well thats all for now...
Feels Like a Good Day

Well it all starts today. I stayed home in the morning today from school to be there when my mom called to set-up my appointment with Tamera Brown at the Bellin Health Bariatrics Unit. I was excited that i dont have to wait that long to get in. My appointment is on December 12 and thats really not that long away. It starts at 9:30 and i have to see the dietician, Tamera Brown , a Trainer and then possible a Post op class....Im excited and nervous because I dont know what to exepect at all. I think that im going to talk to Carol alot more about this and get more questions answered and hear more about everything. Ive read alot on line but i think that having someone in my family whoes had it and can tell me first hand is even better. I think that this is going to be a great adventure...Stay Tuned....
