"My first time meeting dr arts was day of surgery in the waiting room where she came and introduced herself to me and my family.She was very pleasant and kind told us what the process would be and then asked if i had any questions. After talking to her someone came for me and took me to the OR room where i layed on a table talked to the anaesthesiologist for a bit and before i knew it i was out. I woke up in recovery and it was a long time before i was brought to my room and saw my family according to them they had no room for me, which was the only complaint i had with my whole surgery experience and also i was placed in a room with two other elderly women when i asked for a semi private room. But anyway dr.aarts came everyday and checked on me asked how i was doing and made sure i walked. She took the time to come and see me which i thought was very nice of her. I had a successful surgery with no complications and my scars dont look bad at all i put bio oil on them and they look ok. i would do this experience over again in a heart beat she did a awesome job."
