First support group

Tonight I attended my first support group. This session was about Body Image and Sexual Relations after WLS, very interesting. It was great having other losers and some presurgery patients talking honestly about themselves, expectaions of themselves and spouse/partners. I have a doctor appointment thursday and will be moving to phase two of my diet, soft. At this point I will be glad just to be off liquids!!
