This is me in January 2012 two months before my surgery, this is not at my heavyest because my heavy weight was 304lbs back in 2004.  In this photo I was 287 or so. Since this photo I have lost 57lbs Because I use my Weight Watchers start of 294.4lbs. I am so thrilled with my weight loss so far because moving is so much more easier then before.

I work out five days a week Twice on Mondays, twice on Tuesdays, once on Wednesdays, Twice on Thursday and once on Saturdays. I do a pilates or weights and then a zumba class, then on Tuesdays I do a aqua fit class in the morning and a Step class in the evening. On Wednesday I do a class called 20,20,20 (20mins abs, 20mins cardio, and 20mins strength). On Thurday AM I do aqua zumba and then either a regular zumba class in the evening or a aqua fit, on Saturday I finish up with a zumba class and muscle max class.

I'm starting to see a shape come through and my clothes are fitting so much better and the others are falling off.
