Question:
Do you need preapproval from West Virginia Medicaid before the surgery?

I know that Virginia medicaid will approve if medical neccesaary! Call them
and ask if westva will aapprove also. Good luck...

Hi, I am 3 months post-op and I have missouri medicaide, and my
understanding is that you do need pre-approval from your insurance before
you have the surgery done. At least I had too, then once I was aprroved,
then my surgeon set the surgery date. Hope this info helps. Good luck!
