Question:
How do you know when BTC in Belvidere faxes your paper work to the insurance Co.

Do they call and let you know right after they fax it? Those of you that have dealt with BTC... how long did it take them to fax your paperwork off? Sorry... very anxious:).    — Sherri M. (posted on May 6, 2003)

Can we all tell where Donna works? I had my surgery in Dec but had my initial consultation in (I think) June and BTC waited seven weeks to get the paperwork out! I wrote about the long wait in my profile.
