i was experiencing headaches alot too but found that they were caused by my spine, at least this is what the dr told me..When your severely over weight your spine has to support your weight and when you lose the weight it hasnt had time to adjust to that new body frame, so from my xrays it showed my spine being a bit out of alignment and my neck as well which triggered my headaches. I went to the chiropractor and he adj me once a week for about a month and it seemed to help a great deal. I need more therapy but since i was feeling better I stopped seeing him for the time being. I plan to go back though if I start to have headaches again.....

I have the same thing when I quit eating the carbs and sugar and I thought my head was going to explode!! I called the Dr.'s office and spoke with the RN. He told me my body was probably in KETOSIS, which has something to do with your bloodsugars in your urine? I dunno the whole deal with it exactly, but if you are in the high range of KETOSIS, sometimes even mid range your body will develope severe reactions, from headaches (more common) to nausea. So I decided to test his theroy and bought (actually had husband go) the KETO STICKS (you get them at any drug store) and yeah!!! I was the darkest purple on the scale. He said it should pass... now everyone is different. Most all side effect he said should be clear by 2 weeks! yeah that is a long time to have a headache, but your body could just be very sensitive.... hopefully it will clear before then. Mine, personally lasted 3 days (with no meds) I am not able to take anything because surgery is scheduled for Monday. Good Luck! it will pass.
