It's not a book, but rather an article. You can read it here: http://www.digitalhorsewoman.com/pouchrules.htm Hope that helps!

I am 9 months out and still refer back to it from time to time. I see someone gave you a site to go to if that doesn't have it let me know there is a member that has it on her profile I just printed it out today since I can't find my copy. I think we all need to reread it from time to time. Good luck Rosita Hood 85lbs 9 months post op 267lbs 182lbs

I totally understand your frustration. You sound like I did. What helped me more than anything was the book by Barbara Thompson. "WLS:Finding the Thin Person Within". You also should have access to a nutritionist. I promise it gets better! : ) I am 4 months out, have lost 79lbs and would do it again and again if I had to! Best of Luck!

I heard that the pouch rules don't apply until you're a year out from wls.

"Pouch Rules..." is not for newbies. You will find more information on what you should eat and vitimins in the Library section of this website. Good luck to you.
