Question:
Does anyone have an appeals letter?

I am in need of a few examples of an appeals letter. I have not been denied yet but I was told I do not have a very good case. If anyone has a letter that they would not mind sharing I would really appreciate it, I just want to be prepared for the worst. They have a very good example of an Appeals letter on this website. I had to utilize it myself, because I was denied but approved after submitting more medical records along with an appeal letter. Click on the WLS link that says YOUR JOURNEY, and then click on INSURANCE TROUBLES. I hope that this will help you if you need it.
