Question:
Has anyone used the Vista Vitamins from bariatriceating.com

I just order the vitamins from Bariatriceating.com. Has anyone used these and can you tell me if you can tell a difference in your energy level, etc.? The ones I ordered are in packets that you take twice a day...I have not received them yet, but look forward to trying them... just wanted some input from those of you who are using them. Thanks! My surgeon recommends Vista Vitamins and I order from their website. I have been taking them for eight or nine months. The first few months after surgery I was taking chewable Centrum. I like the Vista Vitamins much better and have lots of energy. I love the way they are packaged, that way I don’t forget to take them. Also, I am on auto delivery, which makes it a no brainer. Kay, I started taking the Vista Vitamins 2 weeks ago. I can already feel a difference in my energy level. At first I wasn't sure if it was in my head because I was looking for it to help, but after the 2 weeks I can tell a difference. It advertises that it's the only supplement you will need but it only has 300 mg of Calcium per day, So you will still have to take calcium. I also bought their protien drink. YUCK!!! I know everyones taste is different but it was a waste of my $$$. Good luck.

I've been using Vista Vitamins for about 3 months now. You can get them cheaper directly from their website and setup automatic shipping of them - very convenient! I get all my levels tested in 2 months so I'll know then how well the work.

I also use Vista and order directly from the vista website. I am on their auto ship program which makes it much cheaper. I like the little packets I just toss them in my purse if I am out and about. I do notice a big increase in my energy level.

I wanted to try the Vista Vitamins also, but when I asked my doc about them, he kind of laughed and said all vitamins were the same, they're just trying to target them to bariatrics, why pay more money for them? I haven't been real crazy about some of his post-op advice, so I will probably try them anyway.
