Dr. Murr has taken over doing this type of surgery for Dr. Rosemurgy at Tampa General. I know he is from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Mn. I don't know exactly how many years he has been doing this surgery, but several of his patients who I have met say he is great. I am waiting for my surgery to be scheduled with Dr. Murr. Everything else is done (prerequesits?). There is a support group which meets the fourth Tuesday every month at Tampa General. Ask for Martha at Dr. Murr's office and she can talk to you in greater detail about this meeting. This is an open group. Not just Dr. Murr's patients. Good Luck
