Question:
Can an error on approval letter cause a problem?

I received my approval letter today in the mail...My approval letter has a different admissions date on it. It says my admissions date is 4-18-01, but my surgery is going to be on 3-26-01. Will that cause a problem? Any info is greatly appreciated..I do not want to have to wait until April..    — Ang B. (posted on March 17, 2001)

Nickie is right. One thing I'd add is that the approval is valid for a certain period. My insurance (Aetna PPO) gave me a period of 90 days in which to have the surgery.
