Question:
Seeking anyone in VA/MD/DC more than 2 years Post Op????

I live in Norhtern Virginia. Looking to find the BEST surgeon for Open RNY. I'd like to chat with anyone over 2 years post op. Really want positive & negative comments to help me find the best surgeon. I have CIGNA (the HMO) insurance & I've already been approved. Was considering Dr. Anez & Dr. Elariny. I am only 1.3 years out, but I had Dr. Roll and am completely happy with the results and his treatment. I've also heard great things about Dr. Anez, but never heard of the other dr. you mentioned. Hope this helps! And good luck, this is the best thing I ever did for myself.

I'm two weeks out of surgery with Dr. Roll and he's awesome (he is at Fair Oaks with Dr. Anez). The people I know who had Anez really like him. I've heard bad things about Dr. Elariny, but won't elaborate here. Feel free to e-mail me if you want to know more. Anyway, Dr.s' Anez and Roll have a monthly support group meeting at the hospital. The next one is Monday July 23 at 7pm. You should come check it out if you're interested in finding out more about Dr. Anez.
