Question:
Has anyone had experience with the Grievance Process with BC/BS?

They will no preapprove / nor have they denied my surgery. Of course, the hospital won't commit to the surgery date without prior approval. It's like a loop hole so I've decided to grieve this issue. Please help if you can!    — [Anonymous] (posted on May 17, 2001)

Which BCBS? I'm going to get to that process.. it will be a month or so.. but I'll get there for sure since its clearly an excluded benefit on my plan. Whats your case? Drop me a line ok?
