Question:
I am confused I don't know if I should go with Dr. Alverdy, Dr. Kane Jr., or Dr. Vite

Hi I saw Dr. Alverdy first. He only does the lap rny. My insurance only pays for open rny and Dr. Alverdy refused to change his policy even though he was aware of how sick I was. So I am now having surgery September 26th with Dr. Vitello. I can't tell you who is better. Even though Alverdy ticked me off. Call and make appointments with all three. See which one will see you faster. Find out what restrictions they have. Dr. Vitello only does rny-proximal. I am not familiar with Dr. Kane and weight for life. I heard his program is a lot easier to get in. Anyway just call them all. Think about who is closer to your home. If you know what surgery you want you should be able to find someone that will help you. Unless your insurance company has restrictions like mine did. Good luck and God Bless!!!!
