Question:
Lingerie purchases????

ok, I am 2 years out and I went from a size 24 to a size 2. I am not really complaining or anything, but my boobs are now missing in action. I have went from a 48DDD to a 32B and they dont look too bad when they are stuffed into a bra. The problem is.......What kind of lingerie can i buy that stays on during sex to hold these guys in???? I also need something to hide my wrinkly belly. I dont have a ton of excess skin on my belly, but what I do have, I dont want anyone to see. I need some major lingerie help here!!!    — brat73 (posted on March 26, 2008)

I am the last person you want an answer from, but I worry about my loose skin also. My wife of 42 years told me that she married me for what was in my heart not what hung loose on my body. I am sure there are some good guys out theire that would feel the same way about you. Congrads on your remarkable makeover. I know you must feel great. I still have 90 pounds to go to my goal weight and I already hate the loose skin, but remember you have a lot to offer now that there is a lot less of you to share.

JC Penney has some really sexy lingerie with underwire bra area that hook in the back like a bra and they are flowing and they come with matching panties. The panties sort of got lost in the skin before I got my tummy tuck. I ended up getting a tummy tuck and new boobies for the same reasons you listed. The boobies turned into a deflated baloon. LOL!!! Check out Penneys! Take Care!

Speaking as a guy, I'd be honored to share you body with mine - don't be so self depreciating, your breasts are my dream! Good for you!

What about doing a corset? You can lift the girls and tuck away what you don't want seen. Just a thought. Congrats on the loss!

i am with you in this boat - went from a 28 to a size 4 (sometimes a 2, if its cut larger). I buy the lingerie that the top is like bra and holds the girls up and firmly in place. the bottoms are panties. I can rip them off and just wear the top and everthing looks good, firm and in place and covers my "wrinkles" too. : ) good luck.

OMG---I have such a problem with bras!! I was the same size as you--a 48DDD, Im down to a size 6-8, my breasts look like deflated eggplants--I didnt know what size I really was, I was wearing ill-fitting bras.. I suggest going to a real bra shop ( you know, where the ladies walk around with tapemeasures around their neck, and walk in on you when you're trying on-lol) and get fitted, thats what I did, and you can get the style # and keep ordering--good luck!!

There are ways you can find financing for breast augmentation. Due to my back pain since I was 14 years old, I had to be 1 year post op on my lap band surgery before I could get a breast reduction. I am without answers on this for you since I will be looking for new items myself. Oh, the surgery was a success. My pain is gone and I really wasn't looking for a boob job for the fun of it but I am proud to have spent the money on this for myself. You may want to consider a breast operation. I went from a 48DD one side, 48D the other side down to a B cup and it is certainly different.

I am so glad someone asked this question!!! I am 13 months post-open Roux-N-Y. Lost nearly 140 lbs. I am at my goal weight and starting maintenance style foods. But yes, what there is of my breasts looks like deflated eggplants. I am about to go try one of those "good" shops to get fitted for bras and maybe they will have some of that nice lingerie there also. I bought a corset-like bra on the after Christmas sales. The undies look rediculous lost in the flab but the top is kind of fun. Nobody else has seen it. It does make me feel kind of sexy though. LOL Karen
