Vista Hmo anyone?

anyone have Vista Healthplan(commercial hmo) w/ a written exclusion for any obesity treatment and still got approved?...i am willing to fight them to the end!    — LISA B. (posted on November 25, 2005)

Lisa, My insurance has the weight loss exclusion policy. A friend of mine who is a lawyer said I would be wasting my time trying to fight the policy because when I signed up it was in the fine print.
