Question:
critear for revision

I have a lg staple line disruption. I sent this to inc bc/bs and they have said they won't pay becuase the critea has changes since I had the surgury done in 1993 & I didn't meet it for the 1st surgury so they won't fix it. I did meet the critea in 1993 and they paid but it has changes now so they won't pay to have it fixed. I am having so many probles from the disruption I have to have it fix. That makes no sense. File an appeal and get a lwayer if you need to you 7 can. Good luck.

If the surgery was covered at the time you had it, they should cover it now. Your case should be "grandfatherd." Talk to someone else about it, and file an appeal.

I had a colostomy in Mexico because of failed lapband surgery which I paid for. I went to surgeon near my home to get it reversed and my insurance paid for it, even tho it had been done in Mexico.
