Question:
bc/bs Illinois any approvals-denials within last year even with six month hx/bmi40

I had b/c of illinois. they approved it on 3rd appeal !! took 18 months to get it done tho. good luck to you and keep your courage up. dont give up. how much overweight are you and what kind of surg are you looking at shalmar

I also had BC/BS Illinois and it was approved on the second appeal and it took 9 months. As I was told if you really need the surgery you will do the work to get the appeals approved. Keep strong and all will be well.

Hi I had started the process in March and was approved on the 1st try. I had diabetes,sleep apnea, and heel spurs. I had the sugery in August. I didn't have any problems getting approved.

I got approved in less than a month. I didn't really have an appeal, they just asked for info of excerise history and I got a letter from my personal trainer.
