Question:
I went through the procuders my insurance requested so what happens after ?

Start calling your insurance company to make sure they got the paperwork and they are processing it...call them everyday until you get a final answer (i called them so much that they knew by first name when i called) depending on your insurance it can take anywhere from a couple of day to a couple of weeks/month for finalized approvals...but keep on them. After that it is smooth sailing...after you get the approval call the doc's office and let them know that you have an approval (they might possibly give you a confmation # to give the doc's office ) this way you can get your date scheduled...good luck...Erica :)

If you have done everything your insurance requires you to do, I would wait a day or so and start calling them. I would also have my surgeon's office call them. Sometimes, a little persistence goes a long way with insurance companies.
