Question:
another question about feeling dizzy

I am having dizzy spells today and have read all the other posts. I just had blood work done 2 weeks ago and everything was good. in fact iron and b12 was a little high. Also checked my blood and it runs about 85. my bp runs about 140/78. the only thing is that i have been sick with stomach flu and also congestion this week. any thoughts if this could be doing it. also Tuesday didn't eat anything but have on Wed and Thurs and have always drank 72 oz+ of fluids. if you have been sick with the flu, you may be getting dehydrated. That would cause dizziness when you stand up. If it continues, see your doctor. Its happened to me before and I saw my doctor and ended up passing out at her office when I stood up to check my blood pressure. Ended up at the ER to get IV fluids.

I don't know if you battle with sinus issues or not but they will make you feel like you're losing your mind. sometimes just running into things because it throws your equal Librium off. get some rest and let your body heal up.
