Question:
Where can I find...

Ever since I started taking my citrate ( I know, I'm 5 months out and just starting, bad me) I have become constipated. At first I didn't think it was related, but it has continued. I looked for smooth moves tea at both Wal-mart and a local grocery store. Where can I find it? It looks like I might need something daily and the MOM is nasty. Are you getting enough fiber. I too had bouts with constipation, but since I started adding a little bit of fruit, veggies and whole grains (again not much but a little) I have been much more regular.

That is pretty much what I eat. I supplement with protein so mainly what I eat is fruits and veggies with little carbs and little protein in food. Nothing in my diet has changed. I have been eating MORE salads for lunch since the weather has been warmer.

Sugar-free orange Citrucel is very effective and gentle for constipation. Actually tastes pretty good.

Try Fiber Choice-chewable orange tablets. You can buy them at Walmart and our support group leader swears by them. I have not had any issues w/constipation so I have had no need to try them but she mentions them at most every meeting we have because the question of "regularity" always seems to come up at least once.
