I recently had RNY with Dr. Wernsing at the University of Pennsylvania on 700 Spruce St. He's excellent, the program is excellent and the hospital was great.

I highly recommend Dr. Brian Boe at the Barix Clinics in Langhorn, PA. Not only is he wonderful but the whole staff is there to help you through your weight loss. The number to call is 1-800-282-0066. They have treated me like a queen. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Boe and the staff at the Barix Clinics in Langhorn; Weight Loss Surgery is all they do!!!! They are locted next to the Oxford Valley Mall a short distance off of Rt. 95 North pass Bristol, PA. You can tell them that Lisa Dillabough sent you. The Barix Clincic and Dr. Boe was the best decision I made when I decided to have the surgery. Good Luck! Lisa

I also used the Barix facility at Langhorne and had Dr. Lyudmilla Pupkova. People from all over the country come to the Barix to have her do their surgery. She has extremely low incidents of leaks, and other complications, and hasn't lost anyone on the table. She is a super super, DID I SAY SUPER surgeon. Lyn

Dr. Bonnanni with Abington Hospital is awsome. He now has his office out of the old Warminster Hospital.

I am currently pre op and use Dr's Neff and Cohen at the Cherry Hill office of JFK hospital. I find Dr. Neff to be very pleasant and professional. I have NJ Horizon form of Medicaid. Good luck.

Dr. Matt Kirkland 700 Spruce St Phila, PA Penn Hospital 215-829-3697 this also includes Dr. Wernsing and Dr. Schurecht -- they have a team approach to your surgery -- they have their own Psych, Nut, Cardio, Pulmonary -- everything right there -- Parking is up to $15 for 4 hrs -- Kirkland did both me and my husband and also my husbands hernia repair -- because he is a gastroenterologist he can do other surgeries after your plumbing is rearranged -- most surgeons won't touch someone who has had gastric bypass because of the risk of complications -- good luck :) we couldn't have asked for better treatment or results!

I went to the Barix clinic also and had Dr. Marymor perform my surgery. The doctor and staff are awesome!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Neil Marymor as well. At that time he was with Barix in Langhorne. That was 3 yrs ago. He may not be at the same facility but is definitely worth hunting down where ever he is. Besides awesome track record for low complication rate etc. he has the biggest heart in the world. Although you would not guess that when you meet him the first time. I know several of his extremely satisfied patients besides myself. Good luck!
