Hi Sandy and Rain. My name is Diane and I am 6 years post-op. I read you other posting, Rain and wanted to respond to the weight gain issue and the anemia issue. I have also gained 40 of the 136 pounds I lost back. Last year I was so anemic that I also had to have iron infusions for about 3 months. After the infusions, the weight started coming back. I was hungrier and hungrier and now feel as if my stomach is totally stretched out. I am scared that I will never lose the weight again and wish that I had not had the iron infusions. I do not know if I would have felt better being thin and severly anemic or size 14 again and depressed! I am sorry to hear that we and so many others are having the same issues. It is nice to log on and compare notes though! Good luck to both of you!
